Awesome product
Life ChangingI have suffered from foot pain off and on for years. As a teacher who stands most of the day and then goes to CrossFit, I struggle to get through most days without excruciating pain and discomfort. Even my more expensive shoes don’t always support my feet and prevent the pain, and even though I don’t have unusually high or low arches or weird feet, I haven’t had much luck with finding an insert that actually helped. UNTIL NOW. From day one, I could tell a difference…specifically because I had been on my feet for most of the day and then the CrossFit class involved Cleans and Burpees–a combo of which can be horrendous for the feet–yet my feet never cramped or hurt once. Whereas I would normally have to stop often simply because my feet were cramping, I never did through the entire workout. It has been the same since then. I wear them in my dress/casual shoes to work, moves them into my workout shoes (lifters, runners, whatever), and they give tremendous support. No cushion, just incredible stability and I have extremely Happy Feet.

Nothing to dislike here. It is much better than the overpriced insoles of Mochi and Puma. Rather this is better than the original insoles of my Puma shoes. Rather comfortable and with good support for the heels. May in the long run help reduce back ache in some cases.

Good arch support
Good arch support for flat feet. The only reason giving low rating is for the shape we need to trim to fit in our shoe which is tedious. They should bring much better shape or size so trimming is easier

Good foot comfort
I wanted more front foot padding but this comes with heel padding too. Cut it to size using an existing insole. Added a lot of comfort to help heal my sore feet!
