I am a Frequent User of Amazon Prime and my Entire Family also. We are doing all shopping’s form it. Last Month I had purchased Nike Shoe which i found faulty. The pictures of the same was attached for your reference.This is something which as a customer of yours cant expect from a reputation Brand AMAZON.I had highlighted the defect in first two pictures with circle Mark.We blindly believe that what we are ordering from AMAZON comes with good quality and with high standards.This is something hard to digest .I had only weared 1 time and noticed the defect .Being your customer and holding good relation with AMAZON i am expecting my complain to get resolved as soon as possible.

Inadequate information of the product at the time of purchase
I purchased the same item of UK Size 8 (US 9) size first. It was of EU size 42.5 and too large for me. The item was returned and I ordered one size smaller (UK 7, US 8, EU 40). This one is too tight and I have to return this too. I wish you had EU 41 size, which is a common size.Secondly, both shoes were of 2021 vintage, that is two years old. While uninformed customers may buy the item, it would reflect poorly on Amazon. It would have been better if the date of manufacture was indicated at the time of purchase.

Don’t buy this.
I was so happy to see that Joyride was still available. Made a big mistake buying it. It has so many red flags1. Paltinum Tint instead of Platinum tint on the box2. Article Number is wrong3. Swoosh is bent and wobbly4. Finishing issues5. We can see the gum marks in the edgesThese are the key points to check if the product is legit or not and it failed each and every point.Do not buy this item of it gets listed againThanks to Amazon as it was fulfilled and my return was processed successfully.

Show got damaged in 2months
I brought this shoe on 22 march 2024, and it got damaged in by June 6 2024.Its a nice model but the seller shipped me old model which is now damanged.Its a very bad experience.

1. die Schuhe ist schnell angekommen aber hat diese gelbe Farbe auf dem Knöchelschutz des linken Schuhs.2. meine aktuellen Schuhe von NIKE ist 45 EU und passt, genau deswegen habe ich dieselbe Größe bestellt aber leider die Schuhe waren zu klein und ich konnte nicht sicherstellen, dass diese Schuhe 45 EU sind, weil sie keine Größenangabe haben und die einzige Größenangabe nur auf dem Karton ist, es könnte sein, dass kleinere Schuhe in einem falschen Karton zu mir gesendet.Leider der Umtausch war nicht möglich, weil das Produkt ausverkauft ist!
