Quality issues- shoes got torn within few days
Recently bought these shoes but not even one month have passed, & it has got torn. Kindly replace the shoes. It’s not expected from such a reputed brand.

This product is okay but the exchage process is ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE…
The shoes are good quality. But the sizing is off. The so called ‘UK’ in size is not the same as the standard UK size. The sizes are lot larger. A UK size 8 here is the size 9 in the actual system used in bata and what not.But that is actually the least of my concerns. The refund and exchange process is an ABSOLUTE HAVOC to get through. I gave an exchage request on 25.05.2025. And I am yet to recieve the exchaged product. It has been delayed and delayed over and over again that I personally think no one should buy this shoes unless and untill you are ABSOLUTLY sure of your shoe size in the incorrect system (so called UK) or ypu are ready to wait for an eternity just to get an exchanged product.
